Where?

 

‘The Salisbury Office’ 3 Endless St, Salisbury SP1 1DL

 

This is a building of multiple offices, we are at the end on the left (number 9).  Straight ahead when you enter is a sofa next to a kitchen where you can wait for your appointment, we will come and call you.

 

The clinic is quite small, so we ask to only bring one adult and one child.  Any problems with this please discuss with your therapist.

Why?

 

Many children (as adults do) find it easier to concentrate in an environment with fewer distractions.  It can help some children to ‘compartmentalise’ their routine and add a bit of structure away from home.

 

So we can offer more flexible appointments.  Working from the clinic will allow us to offer more flexibility for you, whilst also saving you on the mileage charges.

 

We’ll have more resources on hand, so if we need something unexpectedly we’re more likely to have access to this in a clinic setting.

Who?

 

All of our therapists will be based out of the clinic.  It will occasionally be possible to come out to home/nursery if there is a clinical reason for this, but most sessions will now run from the clinic.

 

Children of school age where there are no after-school appointments available will continue to be visited at school by their therapist.  This is based on whether there is a clinical need to continue sessions at school over the clinic, and will be discussed with you on an individual basis.

 

Any new school aged clients will only be visited at school if they are within a 15 minute drive of the clinic.
